14K YG Jesus/Mary Head Pendant

Round 14K yellow gold medallion pendant with a woven, basket-style openwork border surrounding a raised center bust. One side depicts the veiled head of Mary, the other a bearded face of Christ, each rendered in high relief with engraved detail in the hair, drapery, and features. The open lattice halo around the center image is made of interlaced textured bands, giving the piece dimension against the flat portrait. A rounded jump ring sits at the top for stringing on a chain. Total weight is 5.3 grams with no stones set.
